If you are going to be touring Thailand, or just visiting Bangkok, then Epic Thailand is designed to help you get the most from your vacation time by answering some of those questions.

Hi, I’m Tony and I’ve been photographing Bangkok, and Thailand, for about 2 years now. I created this site to introduce you to Bangkok, to Thailand, and of course, to my photography. The site content covers details I have accumulated about Thailand during my, as of now, 5 year stay here in Bangkok. Everything you see on this site is brought to you from a photographers viewpoint. It is through the lens that you will gain a perspective for the cultural and artistic aspects which drive my inspiration to adventure in the Land of Smiles as it’s people cling to old cultural institutions, and wander into the era of modern society.

Here, you will experience Bangkok, and Thailand, from the inside out, before you ever set foot on Thai soil.

Photography Workshops and Services

If you are interested in participating in a photography workshop tour in or around Bangkok, having me as a tour guide and photographer for some of your trip, or, a combination of both, please visit the Photography section. I also sell prints on my photography website here, so if you left for home without the killer shots for those places you went to, you can order some from me as a way of saying thanks for the Intel.

Please note, while my site provides growing coverage of Thailand, its heart and core lies with Bangkok. Bangkok is the hub to South East Asia and is also the center of all things Thailand – and it’s where I live, so this is where I spend most of my time. Chances are, if you are visiting from anywhere in the world, you’ll likely being coming through here. Though I’ve traveled as far as the northern border, and as far south as Phuket, you will find more detail about Bangkok on this site than any other location. As I expand my perimeter, I’ll add more detail.
